I don’t have a design file. Can you help me?

Absolutely. We provide free design services. If you look at our portfolio(Instagram, Pinterest) and tell us what you want, we'll make it similar.

Do you also do Logo design?

The typography-based logo will be created without any charges.

Will I get a proof before printing starts?

Yes, we send a digital proof and wait for your approval before proceeding with production.

Can you include a QR code on the card?

Yes, no issue whatsoever. QR code can be inserted with Foil or Pantone color printing. Provide the URL you wish to link to, such as a website link or social media link, and we will generate a QR code for you.

What kind of paper do you use for business cards, postcards, wedding menu cards?

We use premium-quality paper stock such as White Cotton(45pt 750gsm), Black(38pt 700gsm), Pink(30pt 540gsm), Blue(30pt 540gsm), Brown(30pt 540gsm), Dark Grey(30pt 540gsm), and other luxurious uncoated materials.

We use environmentally friendly 300gsm paper that is FSC certified.

How does the business card case look?

For business cards, we use kraft case. The back of the case features the 'Odd Plan Print' logo. [Preview]

What is Deboss?

Debossing is a technique of creating a concave shape by pressing with heat and pressure. [Preview]

What is Emboss?

Embossing is a printing technique that presses one side to raise the opposite side in three dimensions. [Preview]

What is Foil stamping?

It is a technology that expresses color and printing on thick paper. We do not classify foil as a finishing technology. Customers who order from us use the entire area where information is inserted as foil instead of ink printing. [Preview]

The types of foils are as follows.

Metallic foil(Matte or Glossy) : Gold Foil Glossy, Gold Foil Matte, Rose Gold Foil, Copper foil, Silver Foil Glossy, Silver Foil Matte, Dim Gray Silver Foil Glossy, Black Foil Glossy, Red Foil Glossy, Blue Foil Glossy, Green Foil Glossy, Hologram Foil, Hologram Gold Foil, White Pearl FoilPigment foil(Ink Foil) : White Ink Foil, Black Ink Foil, Yellow Ink Foil, Orange Ink Foil, Red Ink Foil, Ultra Blue Ink Foil, Leaf Green Ink Foil(The pigment foil(Ink foil) must be designed with a thin font and a thin line for clarity. Ink foil tends to smudge slightly more than metallic foil.)

What kind of finish is possible?

Everything is possible, including Emboss, Deboss, Foil, Offset Printing, Pantone Color Printing, Die-Cutting, Painted Edge, Round Corner, etc.

Shipping FAQs

Do you provide the tracking number?

Yes, We provide tracking numbers with every order. You can check the tracking number on your account. Or contact us via chat or email and we will send you the tracking number immediately.

Is it possible to ship internationally?

Yes, We can ship to all countries. We have a lot of know-how in safe packaging and fast delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Free shipping is typically applied to North America and Europe. Even so, despite being US territory, additional shipping charges may apply to certain locations like Guam. In that case, we will guide you.

How long will shipping take?

Typically needs 3~7 business days. Tracking can be done at https://www.usps.com or https://www.17track.net/en.

What are the duties and taxes?

The customer is responsible for all duties and additional taxes that may apply to an order shipped internationally.

Payment & Cancellations & Refunds FAQs

What payment methods do you offer?

We strive to provide an array of convenient payment options such as Visa, Mastercard, Debit or Credit Card, Discover, American Express, Diners, Maestro, UnionPay, JCB, etc. using PayPal.

If you don't have a PayPal account, don't worry! You can easily create one during the checkout process, or choose to pay as a guest.

What should I do if the price is different from the website for a custom order?

No problem. We're able to manually generate a paymentable link for customers.

Can I cancel or modify my order after the design proof has been approved and goes into production?

If your order has already started production (design proof approved), it cannot be canceled. At Odd Plan Print we guarantee top quality print with short turnarounds(1~3 business days). That's why we need to start production immediately upon approval.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order has begun processing but has not yet entered production, a partial refund may be available. There is a 5% cancellation fee. If you do not contact us for more than 2 weeks after ordering, your order will be automatically cancelled. Please understand that we do not accept returns for custom-printed items using the printing method requested by the customer.

What happens if Odd Plan Print makes an error in my order? Can I get a refund?

Please understand that we do not accept returns for custom-printed items using the printing method requested by the customer.
But, We guarantee 100% reprinting for any mistakes we make. We guarantee reprinting and redelivery if the printed content is different from the digital proof. Because digital proofs are created by people, there may be typos and errors. Therefore, customers have a responsibility to carefully review the digital proof during the multiple revision process. We produce as digital proofs, so even if there was an error in the process, it cannot be refunded or reprinted.

How can I submit my file?

What file formats can I submit?

Only vector file formats for printing are accepted. It corresponds to Adobe Illustrator AI, EPS, PDF. For files like jpg, psd, png, we can make it as similar as possible. Even in the case of a simple logo, we can restore it for free.

Does Odd Plan Print review files before printing?

Yes. We review the files in depth for the best results. In the process, we will make various recommendations and suggestions.

Do I have to upload the file even when I reorder and place an employee order?

You don't need to re-upload it because we're perfectly reviewing the file and saving it as we recommended or suggested. If you just let us know the information that changes, we will make a design proof and show it to you.

Proofing FAQs

How do I request a correction after seeing the design proof?

You may request a correction via any convenient method, like email or chat.

Once I approve the design proof, will Odd Plan Print start printing right away?

By approving the design proof, you are agreeing to the production of your order. This means that you have carefully reviewed all details (e.g. spelling, font size, colors, etc.) on the front and back sides, and you agree to print your order based on the design proof we have sent you. That's why, once you give us your approval, we'll start production within 3 minutes.

How long does it take to get a design proof?

For free design services, it will take 1~2 business days. If you upload a completed file that does not need to be revised, we will create and show you the design proof within 1 business day. There may be variations depending on order volume and order time.

How do I approve the design proof?

You may approve via email or chat.

Do I have to sign up to order?
