We provide a tracking number for all orders.

Tariff rate and policy for print materials and business cards differ by nation. Thus, we cannot provide specific information. However, it is possible to deliver to most of the nations without special tax. If tariff is levied, this should be paid by the customer.

Delivery is Door to Door service, so a physical address is required for delivery. P.O. BOX addresses are not valid for delivery.

 

[Shipping Information]

1. Delivery will be made by your local post office and a signature is required.

2. When the postman tries to deliver to you, it will be returned to me within 2 days if the recipient is absent or out of contact.

3. In that case, Please confirm that this is not our shop's fault.

4. If you receive a message from me that delivery is not possible due to the absence of the recipient, you should immediately contact the shipping company (USPS or Post Office) to arrange the schedule or pick up yourself.

5. If it is returned to me, please understand that I have to send it back to you and the shipping charge will be $50 (round trip).
